Effective: 10 October 2026 · Applies to the NutBridge service operated by Ghatotkacha Technologies Private Limited ("NutBridge", "we", "us").
NutBridge provides business software and related services for agri-commodity traders and the businesses they deal with, through WhatsApp, our website, web and mobile apps, voice calls, SMS, email and other channels we may add. For your account, sign-up and usage details, and for our own business decisions about you as a customer, we decide how data is used (we are the data fiduciary). For your business messages, contacts, files and records, we act only on your instructions, as your service provider (we are the data processor). If you are a business contact of one of our customers and want your information accessed, corrected or deleted, please ask that customer; we act on their instruction.
Contacts and chats you have not confirmed, or have told us to ignore, are not processed further. NutBridge is for businesses; we do not knowingly process data of children.
We do not use your data for third-party advertising. We do not use WhatsApp data to track, build or augment profiles of individual WhatsApp users, and we do not sell personal data.
We use automated and AI services to provide the service. We do not use data received through WhatsApp, including in anonymous, aggregate or derived form, to train or improve AI models, except models used only for your business. Files and records you give us directly, outside WhatsApp, may be used to improve our services only if you separately agree.
We use service providers, bound by contract, only to run the service. Categories: messaging platforms (including Meta Platforms for the WhatsApp Business Platform); telecom, SMS, voice and email providers; cloud hosting and storage; AI, language and speech processing; payment providers; verification, credit information and fraud-prevention services; analytics and support tools. Providers may change. Data is stored primarily in India; some processing may take place in other countries, under contracts that require protection equivalent to this policy and subject to any restriction the Government of India notifies. A current list of providers is available on request.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share one customer's data with another customer. We may disclose data where the law requires it, for example to a court or government authority. If our business is merged, acquired or reorganised, your data may transfer as part of it, under the same protections described here.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted, logged and reviewed. Each business can see only its own data. If a personal data breach occurs, we will inform those affected and the authorities as the law requires.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active, so you can see your full history and trends. When your account ends or you ask us to delete it, we delete it from our live systems within 30 days; backup copies are removed as our regular backup cycle completes. We keep only what the law requires, or what we need to resolve a dispute or enforce our terms, for that period.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, nominate someone to act for you, or close your account. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. See section 10. We respond within 30 days.
